Talk:Provos
This article would be greatly helped if someone knowledgeable could answer any of these questions:
- What does anti-smoke mean? What is an anti-smoke magician?
- What did the White House Plan propose to do with the unused houses once it appropriated them?
- What is a playgroup? Is it a theater troupe?
- Exactly what was Provo's contribution to these playgroups? Did it inspire their creation? Were the groups formed from Provo members? Did Provo members recruit members for the groups?
- In what way did the playgroups express anti-authoritarianism? What else did they do?
- Who decided to dismantle the movement? Who decided that it had lost its spontaneity?
- If someone could decide to dismantle the movement, and if the movement was capable of producing political candidates, then it must have had some sort of formal infrastructure. Any information about this would be helpful.
- Briefly, who were Luud Schimmelpennink and Roel van Duin? Did they do anything else notable? If not, let's remove their names from the article. If they did, was it enough to deserve their own articles?
- Briefly, who were The Goblins and the squat movement, and how did they carry on the spirit of Provo? Again, do they deserve their own articles? Please remove the red links if not.
Thank you to whoever can provide this information. —Triskaideka 05:40, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
You know... never mind. I found out after working on the article that it should just have been a redirect to the article with the correct title (Provo). A few things could perhaps be merged, but since I don't see anything that links here except the Open Task template, it may be that this redirect could be deleted after the merging. —Triskaideka 05:54, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
