There are 16 mentions of "Green Jersey Agenda" in this article. What is this trying to achieve other than promoting the related and extremely niche page. I don't think I have ever heard anyone use this phrase before except for on Wikipedia. As far as I can tell it was just invented by a few Irish Times journalists.
