From VfD:
Description of a meal available at a particular local restaurant Nick Tahou Hots, also vfd candidate (see above). Adorned with a photo which does not, to be honest, convince me of the notability of this particular dish. Merge with Nick Tahou Hots if this is kept. Ianb 05:33, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- comment: actually, this appears to be a speciality dish of the region (see [1], gleaned from Nick Tahou debate above, WARNING has pictures) although the original article doesn't imply this. This could justify a seperate article, although you won't catch me writing about a dish which looks like it has already been part of the digestive process, and which makes McDonalds look like a healthfood bar. Might make a good film too: "Garbage Plate me". Ianb 21:19, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. It really is fit for the garbage. [[User:Poccil|Peter O. (Talk)]] 06:07, Jul 27, 2004 (UTC)
Toss it!Redirect is fine, since the restaurant page is staying.Giggling in anticipation of the puns this might attract. But don't delete the picture, I want it for my User page!- Eisnel 18:11, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)Delete. Sheesh, this should have an NC-17 rating for food. Entirely non-notable, and now I don't want breakfast. (BTW, apply a blue filter to the photo to correct for the fluorescent lights.) Geogre 13:04, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- I have photoshopped the picture a bit to, uh... I was going to say make it look more appetizing, but... well, anyway I photoshopped it. It is possible that the presentation, with knife and fork inserted and some of the, um, material slightly splashed onto the back of the container isn't as attractive as it could be. Some websites have pictures of garbage plates that look a little better...
- I took that picture at home after bringing it in my car and just before eating it, so that's why it looks a bit messy. Also, I took it in my basement wich has mostly fluorescent lights. Feel free to replace it with another picture, but that one has no copyright to it because I took it, so if you're worried about that, you might as well keep it. - martianpenguin
- You want it to look BETTER? Are you SICK?? This is a GARBAGE PLATE. I have some fly.gif images you can PS in, and I have a pic of a rubbie vomiting. I think that'd fit with the, um, theme. Maybe some seagulls picking... Denni☯ 01:52, 2004 Jul 30 (UTC)

- Merge & redirect to Nick Tahou Hots: It's tough with the lights indoors to get the image right. Generally, with a lens camera, a blue filter will remove the greenish tint of fluorescents, but in PShop it gets hard to neutralize it. At any rate, your own photo will be better than others, for copyright reasons, even if it's greenish. I think the photo will help the Nick Tahou Hots article considerably. - Merge and redirect to Nick Tahou Hots. I've been there. My preference is "hot dogs, double fries, mustard only". - UtherSRG 14:51, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect to Nick Tahou Hots, as noted. The picture truly adds something to the description. Dpbsmith 17:11, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Merge and redirect to Nick Tahou Hots. Arevich 17:36, 27 Jul 2004 (UTC)
- Delete this and Nick Tahou Hots. If Wikipedia has devolved to accepting articles on dumpster plates, then it really is time to seriously evaluate the substance abuse issue and go into rehab as soon as possible. Denni☯ 01:31, 2004 Jul 29 (UTC)
- Delete - content already exists at Nick Tahou Hots. -- Cyrius|✎ 00:43, 30 Jul 2004 (UTC)
