Identifying a POV warrior
[edit]- User name
Users whose usernames relate to their interested subject matter, and whose editing focuses mainly or exclusively on that subject area as described in Wikipedia:Single-purpose account, may be suspected of being a POV warrior. A POV warrior username may not meet Wikipedia:Username policy by making reference to controversies per WP:DISRUPTNAME.
- Behaviour
While sometimes considered deliberately disruptive or displaying troll-like behaviour, according to Wikipedia:troll: "There are many types of disruptive users that are not trolls. Reversion warriors, POV warriors, cranks, impolite users, and vocal critics of Wikipedia structures and processes are not necessarily trolls."
