In Latin, and as far as I can tell, not at all encyclopedic. If I understand it correctly, rather obscene. -- Jmabel 17:11, 21 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete, though funny it is. Looks like some one was practising Latin declension. I wonder if this is from the Satyricon? MvHG 08:43, 22 May 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. The grammar is appalling, which suggests to me that it's original work and not taken from a Latin text. (Just from looking at the first two sentences, the author seems to have confused "habent" (they have) and "habitant" (they live) and has put a singular verb "habet" after the plural noun "omnes".) - BJAO(latin)DN? Delete, anyway. --Ben Brockert (:talk:) 22:31, May 23, 2004 (UTC)
Additional reasons for its deletion were provided on Talk:Petreius.
Translated literally, this (almost) reads:
- Peters they had in Rome. All had small swords. But Caesar and Marcus had large swords. They loved large swords. Two girls with small sheaths walked [in]. Marcus understood. Marcus repeatedly beat the girls with [his] sword. "Yes, Marcus! Yes!" Marcus cried "Oh God! Yes, girls!"
- Farewell, all!
The euphemisms in this text are fairly obvious. See the threads for this article on Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English and Wikipedia:Votes for deletion.
