Does the I in "Nomanisan island" need to be capitalized?

I understand that it is a fictional island and that there may not be a style guide for capitalization as there are for real places, but one gets the impression from the film that Nomanisan Island is the location's "official" name, so to speak. 198.168.106.100 (talk) 15:21, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
